Everything thats whats up.

So its been a while since I posted. Figured the best world be to write while I am at work and have some down time and then email it to myself and copy and paste it into this blog, because this whole trying to do it when I get home from work isn’t working. I cant seem to stand sitting in front of a computer for more than 15 minutes after work.

Anyway, as of recently I have been thinking a lot of things I want to accomplish before I pass, a sort of a bucket list, I honestly want to have to goals that 1. I really want to do before I pass due to old age and 2. I can realistically accomplish. A lot of things have been running through my
head thinking about all that and honestly one thing that I really do want to do is during my life set foot on each of the continents (North America, South America, Africa, Asia, Europe, Australia, and Antarctica), obviously I can check off North America from my list and Europe though I’ve yet to visit the main land, which I feel I will do at some point anyway. That leave S. America, Asia, Africa, Australia and Antarctica. I figured that I may have a chance to get to Australia in 2011 for the Rugby World Cup, which I am trying to make it to. Also which in Australia I would love to get over the New Zealand because honestly it look like such an amazing country.
I may add other things to my bucket list in the future but for right now that is my one main thing. I figure I could get that accomplished within the new few years hopefully.

So other news in work I am getting trained to deal with more important stuff which is pretty sweet, it feels good to be trusted with more responsibility also I must be doing something right because I was chosen to do this over a guy that had started two weeks before me. Sept 16 will be my 6 months here, will get evaluated and determined if and what type of raise I will get. I have a good feeling about this. From what I understand for the first 2 and a half years you get evaluated every 6 months a possible raises and then its every year after that.

So mine and Keiths two week vacation from our parents end tomorrow, I believe they fly in from Ireland around 7pm. Actually kind of looking forward to it, we didnt really have any parties while they were away because we can pretty much do all that while they are home and its just the
house has been so much quieter with them gone. But I am sure after no time I will be looking forward to some time away from them. Possibly Ireland in the late fall, maybe will get to see some Heinkien Cup games. We will see.

Awesome Philles/Eagles Shirt

So I don't really plan on updating this thing everyday, just whenever I am in the mood and have some time to kill.

Anyway Coaches last night for Quizzo, I think we came in 5th over all but we should have came in first for creative team names our most creative being "If my penis was a pencil I'd be able to erase a pregnancy." We got a laugh of two but Tom didnt seem too impressed.

Anyway was reading the city paper today and came across an article about diehard Philles fans and how to really stand out by wearing a shirt that your run of the mill bandwagonering wouldnt wear. They showed the top 5 shirts one being '80 '08 destiny shirt, the in case of emgerency use matt stairs shirt, one about mets fans crying, a raaaaaaaaauuuuuuuuuuuuuullllllllllll shirt and my favorite which I will be purchasing a Pheagles shirt doning the classic Phillies P and the Eagles logo circa Randell Cunningham era. Good news too its only 20 bucks 15 bucks if I get down to second street for first friday tomorrow and present the guy with a coupon he has on him website http://broadstreetbootlegs.com/ so I am excited for that.
Other news heading to happy hour tomorrow after work downtown somewhere looking forward to trying some new beers and getting loaded and attempting to take Septa via the el/66 home.
Wish me luck.

First Post

Figured that I would start a blog for the fun of it. Maybe discuss certain things I like and/or enjoy. Not really too sure of what is to come but I am sure it will be interesting in one way or another.

On to tonight's agenda: looking forward to Quizo tonight with Tom Asher at Coaches bar, maybe enjoy a pint of yuengling lager even though I said I was going to cut back drinking during the week. We shall see.
